How do I add a bookmark to the home screen of an Android or iPhone for the IFL Mobile site?
Bookmarking on an iPhone
- Launch Safari on your iPhone. Visit mobile.insight.org
- Click the add (+) or arrow button (depending on iPhone version) at the bottom of Safari
- Click "Add to Home Screen"
- Type a name for the icon that will appear on your home screen (if you wish to change the name)
- Click the "Add" button
Bookmarking on an Android
- Open Browser. Visit mobile.insight.org
- Select Menu > Bookmarks
- Tap and hold your finger (long press) on the bookmark you wish to add for about 2 seconds. This brings up a menu to "add shortcut to home"
- Select "Add Shortcut to Home"
- Bookmark will be added as "IFL Mobile" on Home Screen. Note: some Droid devices will place the shortcut in the "Apps" section.
