2. Schedule a phone appointment by calling the Care Line, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central time. The Pastor-to-Pastor Line is available for pastors, spouses of pastors, church staff, or church leadership.

3. Send an e-mail message through Customer Service. Many of our listeners have requested e-mail access, and we’re glad to offer this convenience. You can help us make our e-mail ministry as effective as possible by keeping in mind these guidelines.

- Please do not add our e-mail address to your e-mail distribution lists. We cannot reply to regular distribution e-mail messages.
- Response time varies, depending on the volume of e-mail messages and the nature of your question. Please allow extra time for questions that involve theological research.
- Our responses are personal, for you only. Please do not forward or distribute them without permission.
- If you wish to dialogue back and forth on a subject, please schedule a phone appointment rather than send multiple replies.
